Registration Info
- Oneness volunteers in white will guide you from the entrance to the registration area.
- Bring your registration confirmation (digital or printed) and a valid photo ID (Aadhaar / Passport).
- Day 2 — arrive directly for the 8:30 AM start. No check-in required on the second day.
- Parking details will be shared in the WhatsApp group ahead of the event.

- Water bottle — refill dispensers on-site
- Yoga mat or meditation pad
- Light shawl or blanket (air-conditioned hall)
- Notebook and pen for journaling
- Personal medications or health items
- Registration confirmation (printed or on phone)
- Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar / Passport)
What to Wear
- Comfortable, loose-fitting, respectful attire
- Breathable cottons or linens — light, natural colours
- Light cardigan or jacket for the air-conditioned hall
- Avoid tight or heavy synthetic clothing
- December in Mumbai is pleasant (~28–30°C) — cotton is ideal
Wellness During the Event
- Eat sattvic (pure, light vegetarian) food for breakfast and dinner. Heavy meals before sessions can cloud inner experience.
- Stay well-hydrated throughout the day. Filtered water is available on-site. Avoid heavy caffeine in the morning.
- Get 7–8 hours of sleep each night. Allow your body the rest it needs to integrate each day's experience.
- Limit screen time and social media during the evenings. These two days are an invitation to remain inward.
- If you are unwell, inform our team at the information table. We encourage masks for any airborne symptoms.
