Prepare Your Inner Ground

The weeks before OAF are as sacred as the event itself. These simple practices deepen your readiness.

01 😴 Prioritise Sleep Aim for 7–8 hours each night. Rest is the foundation for inner transformation.
02 🍃 Eat Sattvic Reduce heavy, processed, and rajasic food. Light vegetarian meals prepare the body.
03 📓 Journal Your Intentions Spend 10 minutes daily writing what you wish to invite into your life through OAF.
04 🌿 Daily Quiet Time 15–20 minutes of stillness each day — meditation, breath, or simply being in silence.
05 📵 Reduce Screen Time Limit social media and news. Let your field grow quiet before the event opens.
06 🍷 Reduce Alcohol Alcohol dulls subtle perception. Reduce or eliminate in the days leading up to OAF.
