What to Wear

  • Comfortable, loose-fitting, respectful attire — breathable cottons and linens
  • Light cardigan or jacket for the air-conditioned hall
  • Shoes removed before the main hall — bring socks, slippers, or flip-flops
  • Avoid tight or heavy synthetic clothing
  • Light, natural colours are especially conducive to the space
  • December in Mumbai is pleasant (~28–30°C) — cotton is ideal

Wellness Guidelines

  • 💧Stay well-hydrated. Lunch and two snacks are provided each day — ensure you also eat a nourishing breakfast and dinner independently.
  • 🥗Choose healthy, sattvic (pure) meals for breakfast and dinner. Light vegetarian food deeply supports the inner work of these two days.
  • 😴Get 7–8 hours of sleep each night. Allow your body and consciousness the rest it needs to integrate each day's experience.
  • 📵Limit screen time and social media. These two days are a full invitation to turn inward.
  • 🤧If you or someone in close contact is unwell, inform our team at the information table. We encourage masks for any airborne symptoms.
  • ☀️December in Mumbai is warm and dry (~28–30°C). Light cotton is perfect — carry a layer for the air-conditioned hall.
