Flying into Mumbai
- BOM connects to all major Indian cities and international hubs (Dubai, Singapore, London, New York, and more).
- T2 handles international and most domestic carriers. T1 handles select domestic routes.
- Ola and Uber operate from both terminals. Always use official or app-based cabs.
- The Mumbai Metro Airport Link is operational — reaches BKC and central suburbs quickly.
- Tourist SIM cards (Jio, Airtel) available at the airport. Carry passport for KYC.
- December is peak travel season — book flights early for best fares.

- By Train: From Delhi (~16–18 hrs), Bengaluru (~24 hrs), Hyderabad (~14 hrs), Ahmedabad (~7 hrs). Book early at irctc.co.in.
- By Air: IndiGo, Air India, Akasa, SpiceJet from all major cities. Flights from Bengaluru / Delhi ~2 hrs.

Registration
Check-in opens at 7:00 am on Day 1. Please arrive early to register before the 8:30 am start.
Arrive from 7 am, register, and settle in before the opening.
Doors to the main hall close promptly. Please be seated before this time.

What to Wear
- Comfortable, loose-fitting, respectful attire — breathable cottons and linens
- Light cardigan or jacket for the air-conditioned hall
- Shoes removed before the main hall — bring socks, slippers, or flip-flops
- Avoid tight or heavy synthetic clothing
- Light, natural colours are especially conducive to the space
- December in Mumbai is pleasant (~28–30°C) — cotton is ideal
Wellness Guidelines
- Stay well-hydrated. Lunch and two snacks are provided each day — ensure you also eat a nourishing breakfast and dinner independently.
- Choose healthy, sattvic (pure) meals for breakfast and dinner. Light vegetarian food deeply supports the inner work of these two days.
- Get 7–8 hours of sleep each night. Allow your body and consciousness the rest it needs to integrate each day's experience.
- Limit screen time and social media. These two days are a full invitation to turn inward.
- If you or someone in close contact is unwell, inform our team at the information table. We encourage masks for any airborne symptoms.
- December in Mumbai is warm and dry (~28–30°C). Light cotton is perfect — carry a layer for the air-conditioned hall.

🍳 Breakfast & Dinner — On Your Own (Within 1 km of Venue)
- Breakfast and dinner are not provided at the event. Excellent vegetarian options are available within 1 km of the venue.
- The venue is in Vile Parle East, near the airport. Excellent vegetarian options are available within 1 km.
- For hotel guests: most 4-star hotels offer breakfast buffets and in-room dining.
- Zomato and Swiggy deliver quickly — great for a convenient meal at your hotel.

- Avoid heavy meals before sessions. A light breakfast (fruits, idli, porridge) supports deeper inner work.
- Mumbai has vast vegetarian and Jain food culture — pure veg options are abundant.
- Most restaurants accommodate no onion / no garlic — simply ask your server.
- International participants: drink only bottled or filtered water. Do not drink tap water.

- Haji Ali Dargah — 15th-century dargah on an islet in the Arabian Sea. A place of deep peace.
- ISKCON Juhu — Radha Rasabihari temple — bhakti, prasadam, and sacred atmosphere.
- Elephanta Island — UNESCO World Heritage cave temples of Shiva. Ferry from Gateway of India.
