Your e-pass has been sent on WhatsApp to the number you registered and verified — with your name, the number of people admitted, and your reporting time. Whether one person or the whole family is on the form, this single pass admits everyone together. Nobody receives a separate pass.
On the day: arrive by the reporting time printed on your pass and show it at the counter at Ekam — on your phone is perfect; no printout is needed.

Your e-pass can always be sent again.
Deleted the message, changed phones, or simply cannot find it? Open the registration page, scroll to "Already registered?", enter the same WhatsApp number, verify it — and your e-pass arrives again in moments. As many times as you need, at no cost.
